  • Příjemný personál na recepci a jejich ochota.

  • Snídaně, naprostá katastrofa. Oschlá šunka a chleba na stole, malý výběr. Tento typ standardu mám projetý po celé ČR, takže můžu porovnávat, ale Vajgra patří mezi ty horší. Možná jen jedna špatná zkušenost, ale vypadalo to na standard.

  • Milý a ochotný personál, navíc televize na pokoji, i když nebyla součástí pokoje Tourist. Dobrá poloha hotelu na náměstí Míru, dobrá snídaně.

  • Staré vybavení, ale hlavně prach na poličkách, pod postelí chuchvalce prachu. Po reklamaci bylo zlepšeno.

  • Všechno bylo OK až na níže zmíněné.

  • Pobyt jsme si objednali přes stránku Hotel.cz. Měli jsme rezervovaný pokoj Ekonomy s vlastním sociálním zařízením. Čekala jsem, že to bude WC a sprcha, nemile náš však překvapil pisoár a sprcha bez WC (na které jsme museli chodit přes chodbu). Když jsme to řekli hoteliérovi, řekl, že za vlastní WC bychom si museli ještě více připlatit :(.

  • Možnost kdykoliv přijít a odejít bez nutnosti klíčů, hotel i pokoje, vše na kódové zámky. Číslo dostanete v sms zprávě. Příchod, odchod i platbu lze řešit opět přes aplikaci. Což je perfektní.

  • Absence wc na pokoji.
